All customers benefit from 24/7 Network Monitoring, in the event that no data passes through a customers' server within a pre-defined period, our internal systems alert our engineers and the issue is escalated to the client.
Customers requiring a higher level of monitoring can upgrade to server monitoring. Be alerted via SMS whenever your server fails to respond. Be safe in the knowledge that your network is being watched 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
